great location ensuite bathroom relaxing place noisy room uncomfortable bed poor breakfast
The location is great, very close to hyde park! the room included an ensuite bathroom, a fridge, and a hairdryer. i found a wardrobe there. That was nice. hyde park across the road proved a very relaxing place.
The rooms were noisy. i could hear every step from the neighbors. the bed was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was a total letdown. i only saw rolls, toast, hard boiled eggs, one type of sliced cheese, butter, and jam.

Mixed feelings about this stay.
loud street noise stale pastries
The room faced the street, SO i heard noise late into the night. People were loud. Breakfast lacked variety. There WERE no hot options other than tea or coffee. The pastries tasted STALE. It was disappointing.

uneven experience at this hotel
cramped bathroom breakfast variety
the location was okay. it was close to transport links.
The room was smaller than i expected. the bathroom seemed cramped. I struggled to move around easily. the breakfast lacked variety. It was the same every morning. i found this disappointing.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
underground station friendly staff good amenities
The hotel is close to several underground stations. The staff members were friendly. Good amenities were available in the room. Luggage storage was available at no extra cost (it really helped!).
The room lacked air conditioning. It became uncomfortably warm . I wish the hotel would address this issue .
