I experienced an upgrade to a spacious suite and was delighted with the thoughtful touches. i found the heated bathroom floors comforting (a real treat, honestly). fresh flowers brightened the room every day, and the daily treats were a lovely surprise. the location worked well. It was a quick walk to the national gallery.
the gym's equipment felt a little dated for such a high-end hotel.
