my wife and i celebrated our anniversary here. we booked a lakeside lodge with a hot tub and it felt very private. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the tv remote in our lodge required new batteries. we had to call reception, and it took about an hour for someone to bring them.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold items, including pastries and fresh fruit. the cowshed restaurant provided excellent dinners with varied menu options. the stable bar offered a cozy environment with many drink choices.

the lakeside lodges featured private hot tubs and comfortable outdoor seating. farm walks were available, where we saw various animals up close. the rooms included cafetière coffee and tea making facilities, alongside complimentary toiletries.

i stayed in the riverside lodge hot tub room. it had everything i needed and MORE!!! the al fresco tub was especially relaxing. we enjoyed a meal at the cows shed and the food was AMAZING!!!
the website description oversold the experience. the lights was like glorified garden decorations. they ran out of mulled wine, disappointing.

i stayed in the lakeside lodge with a hot tub (what a treat!). it overlooked the lake. the views were lovely and the accommodation felt luxurious. the on-site restaurants and bar were just a short walk away.
the storage space in the room was limited.
