The location is perfect. the subway is close . i found the lobby , rooms , and restaurant lovely. the rooms were clean and spacious . They definitely met my expectations.
one time , i waited over 20 minutes. eventually , i had to take the stairs.

the staff at the door were wonderful and very helpful. jose at the front desk was wonderful to us during the entire stay. our housekeeper was wonderful as well , keeping everything tidy.

the room had a great view.
It was frustrating (really frustrating!). the pool restaurant seemed understaffed. i waited over 30 minutes for anyone to take my order, that is not acceptable.

the location was convenient near shops and the spring st station.
The room was not clean. I found stains on the couch. the air conditioning made a vibrating noise, and the staff did not offer an upgrade or solution (i was pretty annoyed about that). also, the fire alarm in the room kept going off, even at night.
