friendly staff perfect location lovely view
the staff were friendly (even at 4 am!). the location was perfect to explore soho. the rooftop offered lovely city views.
the room was a bit smaller than i anticipated, which could be tight for two people.

limited space unavailable ice
I found a couple of things disappointing. The room size felt cramped. There wasn't much space to move around. getting ice required a trip to another floor because there weren't ice machines readily available on each level. These inconveniences impacted my overall experience. I think the hotel should address these areas.

Excellent location and modern comfort
easy access clean facility common area
The location allowed easy access to both the Lower East Side and Brooklyn. The facility was new and clean. My room was quiet despite its location in a lively area. I liked the common area. It was great. Staff were polite.
The shower doors leaked water into the toilet area, and then it spread to the bedroom area. (This seems to be an ongoing design issue).

Staff provided polite and helpful service throughout my stay. The check-in process was super easy and smooth. I appreciated their assistance with luggage storage before my evening flight.

The hotel is near several metro stations. It is also close to Soho, so that is convenient. There is a lot of food and shopping around the hotel.

great location many options nice decoration small room no facilities overpriced hostel
the hotel has a good location near soho, little italy and little china. many options exist nearby for dining and shopping on foot. the hotel decoration is very nice and has a very young vibe.
the rooms are really small and make you go downstairs to get water and glasses. tea making facilities are unavailable in the room (i missed having my morning tea) and guests have to use an iron in a communal area. it feels like a slightly upgraded hostel.

small room rude staff
The check-in process was super easy and smooth.
The room was very compact. I didn't realize how small it would be. The shower leaked into the toilet area, it also extended into the bedroom area, quite inconvenient. Several staff members were rude or ignored me, it was so disappointing.
