a magical escape
valet parking available food warm smile attentive staff
i discovered pure bliss at this beautiful place. the hotel offered valet parking. bell boys helped immediately. food was always available and of high quality. the staff had a warm smile, always attentive to my needs and showing true professionalism.
the music at the beach bar repeated the same song at the same time each day, a minor, noticeable distraction. this felt a bit monotonous after a few days.

the food was amazing!!! the kitchen prepared professionally made meals. presentation resembled a star restaurant and used high-quality ingredients. a lot of the food choice was great.

lovely beach good entertainment dirty pool cheap sunbeds
the facilities were great. entertainment was good and varied. food was ALWAYS available. beach was lovely. the place have very relaxing environment.
the pool areas including the pool itself was very dirty. where we were sat it did not get cleaned or swept up. the sun beds were cheap and uncomfortable. A LOT of them were falling apart.

staff energy amazing smile relaxing experience friendly team
The staff made this place special. i appreciated paola, cem, pablo, jayson, tayfun, ellie and taryn for their energy. They always had smiles! hasan was amazing. he prepared me the best drinks. I seemed like home. ahu at the spa was wonderful too. she gifted me a very relaxing experience.
the elevator in the main building felt a bit old. but it always worked well.

I reveled in activities designed for relaxation. The staff were warm and had helpful attitudes. Vegan options were available and abundant. Food was amazing with great variety and quality.

slow service language barrier
the grounds were well kept. it felt instagrammable.
the beach bar service was slow. waiting for a drink felt torturous. i think the same song played on repeat at the same time each day. also, the staff barely spoke english. constantly getting the wrong drinks was pretty annoying.
