easy access great experience
the hotel was very close to a main street, that gave me easy access to bus and metro transportation. the sunday morning flea market was a great experience, it covered sidewalks all along the street.
the walls were a bit dirty, i noticed some damage.

helpful staff excellent soundproofing sparkling water difficult thermostat nearby wall missing usb port
the staff was very helpful with directions. the room had a good view of the street and soundproofing was excellent. the sparkling water in the breakfast area was very much appreciated.
the thermostat was difficult to use initially. the room windows faced a wall very close to the building. the room did not include usb ports.

helpful staff free fountain malfunctioning air conditioning room confusion
the location is good near many restaurants and shops. the staff was very helpful. i found a free water fountain in the lobby it had both still and sparkling options.
the air conditioning did not work fully. i booked a triple room but got a twin and queen. the breakfast was not included in the price.
