lovely hotel near the beach
friendly staff convenient location great view excellent food
the staff was very friendly and polite. the location is close to everything so its conveniently located. my room had a balcony with a nice sea view. the food at the restaurant is excellent too!
the room was a little too hot, the ac was not working properly so it did not cool down the room.

the room featured a spacious layout. air conditioning worked effectively in the sleeping area. a large, airy balcony provided a perfect spot to relax. the room also included a mini fridge and a safe for valuables.

the staff were always smiling and helpful. they provided quick responses to requests. daily housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. the reception area offered assistance with tours.

the hotel is near many restaurants. the beach is a short, two minute walk away. a 7-eleven is about 100m from the hotel. an atm is very close to the hotel too.

southern location daily service discounted dinner
The location is ideal as it is at the southern end of Kata. Restaurants are nearby and the beach is a short two minute walk away. The room was serviced daily and kept very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was included and dinner was discounted (a really nice perk).
There were a lot of steps to get to my room with no elevator.

poor communication warm room
The room was too warm. the air conditioning barely functioned. It emitted a small amount of cool air, but the room remained hot. the bathroom was unusable due to the heat. i was unable to upgrade my room. There was no response to my request. it was a disappointment.
