The hotel's location is unbeatable. I enjoyed the secure bomb shelterwith couches for resting. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially given the circumstances (.). The breakfast was delicious with various options.
The shower was a bit small. I am of slim build, and moving around was still a bit tight.

the location impressed me, as it offers quick access to multiple metro lines for reaching the main train station. the hotel provides a secure shelter with water and beds during air raids. i enjoyed the city views . i found the staff quite helpful.
the hotel showed some signs of age, with outdated features for modern travelers. power outlets were difficult to access in my room, a small inconvenience.

the breakfast included poltava dumplings, stuffed cabbage rolls, and apple pancakes. there was also a cherry compote, a good selection of dishes.

The hotel provided ALL-TIME electricity, reassuring. The staff was helpful upfront, giving clear safety information. I liked their flexibility with my arrival time. They allowed me to book an extra night and canceled my reservation for free when needed. This helped me a LOT.
The shower felt small. I am of slim build. I wonder if someone bigger would manage to get through the door.

I found the location fantastic, overlooking the main square. the staff were friendly and efficient. They helped me with all my requests. the breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from, i enjoyed it so much.
the elevators seemed a bit slow at times.

the location was fantastic with easy access to many sites.
my room felt outdated it was missing modern amenities i expected i had difficulty finding a convenient power outlet for charging my devices the thin curtains also allowed too much light in from the square below disrupting my sleep.

the hotel location was good offering an overlook of the square.
the breakfast did not meet expectations especially for the price i paid it reminded me of a time in the past it was also weird that staff greeted guests in russian given current sensitivities.
