faulty remote high price

The staff seemed alright and fulfilled requests without problems.

The room price felt high. The television remote did not function properly and could not change channels. I had expected better for the price.

amazing stay at a lovely hotel!

lovely touches coffee machine fresh produce

the hotel has lovely extra touches (like L'occitane products and robes). a coffee machine was also available in the room. breakfast was so good, especially the fresh produce and sausages. cocktails at the bar are lovely, i enjoyed them very much.

i noticed a slight smell of damp in the top floor area, it wasn't too strong though.

The staff provided a personal touch. They were really good! the hotel felt very homely. the location was ideal and a stone's throw from the beach! i'm already planning a return trip.

the tv remote didn't change channels. the hotel charged £8 extra for water bottles we requested. i found it a bit annoying

friendly staff clean room delicious breakfast great location

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. the room was quite nice and clean. the breakfast was delicious, i especially appreciated the variety. the location was also great. Everything felt accessible.

The tv remote wasn't working properly. It took a while to change channels.

the regency square location was ideal. it was near everything. the staff was friendly, they helped a lot. the room had loccitane products, i liked that.

the seagulls were noisy. it bothered me.
