generous selection comfortable bed nice shower
I found a generous selection of teas, snacks, and wafers in my room. The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice with free toiletries.
I noticed the entrance and exit for residents was a little untidy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage on-site because we arrived earlier than expected. I felt very welcome throughout my stay there.

Restaurant meals were very good. The pub offered a good choice of beers. I was kinda surprised to find oat milk with the tea and coffee provided.

The room was lovely and spacious with wonderful beams. It had all the facilities needed. The window next to my bed overlooked the river. I found great coffee.

spacious room comfortable bed trouser press confusing signage expensive parking no soundproofing
the room was lovely and spacious. the bed was comfortable. all the facilities you would need were present including a trouser press, though i did not use it.
the car park signage was confusing. i ended up paying extra for overnight parking. there was no soundproofing from the room above. people were very loud talking and laughing.

the staff were very friendly. the room was a great size it had everything i needed. the extra touch of a coffee machine with pods was appreciated!
the age of the hotel meant IT was quite noisy.
