long queuegarden view
the check-in took a while as there was always a queue at reception. i got a dark room and no balcony, also a roof view. the bed was for a double room though i booked for two beds and a balcony with garden view. they redid the bed, it took the housekeeping a half hour to finish. no apologies or ways to solve the situation were offered. i think that the staff should have been more considerate from the begining.

I was told that i must pay on the day of arrival and not at checkout. I found this inflexible. i found this unacceptable, as a prior agreement was not honored.

I felt disappointed . the ongoing refurbishment caused some inconvenience. Access to facilities was restricted. i also encountered a problem with flies in my room and the dining area, it was unpleasant.

the breakfast was extensive and had a good selection.
The room seemed a bit dated. also the air conditioning didn't work properly. It was stuck on a high setting. i asked about it, but nothing changed . It was frustrating

I saw free parking available. The gym is great with modern equipment. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. I used the pool and enjoyed the clean and relaxing atmosphere.
