I loved that the hotel offered generously sized rooms. It provided comfort . the bathroom featured a nice-sized shower. It was really great. the restaurant experience impressed with excellent service and good food. it is definitely best to book a table in advance!
The rooms, unfortunately, have paper thin walls. i could hear the room next door alarm going off! they split one room into two separate rooms specifically at the end of the corridor, so there is a locked door to your room and a locked door to the next room which also means you can hear everything next door is saying. it feels like lacking privacy. I felt that way.

my room was spacious and clean. the front desk staff were friendly and professional! it made a nice impression upon arrival. the hotel is near a train station, only a 5 min walk.
the a/c switched to 19.5 degrees in mid-november. it felt cold in the room! i tried to change it to 22.5, but in the morning it reverted to 19.5. renting a robe and slippers costs extra, 5 eur and 10 eur deposit.

i stayed on the 17th floor, the room offered amazing city views. the sauna was pure bliss, it was clean and well-kept. the pool area was serene, it offered space to relax and swim. service was perfect, the staff was attentive and eager to help.
you can rent a robe and slippers for a fee of 5 eur and 10 eur deposit. the receptionist did not mention this detail. i noticed the note about it on a small decorative desk at the end of my stay.

I loved the convenient location near the metro station. It made getting around super easy! the breakfast buffet was seriously amazing. There were so many choices, i couldn't believe it. the room had a nice shower and a big tub. It was super clean and had a great view. plus, the staff were friendly and always ready to help!
I did notice some light switches in the room were in weird spots. It took a minute to get used to it.

a decent stay

the hotel is near a metro station. it is only a five minute walk to the station so travel was easy. the staff were kind and . i liked that gluten-free options were available upon request.
the herbal sauna was missing herbs on two occasions. the swimming pool is very small, i think, and on one day, the jacuzzi wasn't functioning. the hotel bar closes rather early. i noticed a lot of noise in my room whenever the sauna was turned on.
