shuttle service issues and minor room flaws
unreliable shuttlepeeling wallpaper
the shuttle service proved unreliable it was often delayed the wait times extended to an unacceptable degree. also the room showed some wear wallpaper was peeling in corners. a stain marred the carpet near the window and the television remote needed new batteries it was not immediately functional. these issues detracted from an otherwise adequate stay

the check-in process was easy. the hotel is near a bus stop, roughly 400 meters. buses to the airport ran frequently. communication before my arrival was clear and helpful.
There was no kettle available in the room. i couldn't find a usb socket.

The staff was friendly, and the location worked for my travel needs.
The shuttle bus situation was a NIGHTMARE. It runs infrequently and is shared with other hotels. I waited nearly an hour (it was raining.), and it was overcrowded.

the free espresso machine was amazing (i loved it!). the shuttle service was so convenient and ran frequently. the breakfast offered more than enough choices, ensuring a delicious start to my day!
the room had a somewhat odd smell and there was an annoying bird chirp sound whenever i opened the door.
