Acceptable stay, some drawbacks

the location proved convenient with good access to public transport. a metro station was only a short walk away. the bed was really comfortable, and i slept well (i even had a small pillow fight with my plushie). the lobby area was also aesthetically pleasing.
The room felt quite basic considering the price. it lacked a mini-fridge, which would have been useful. the room cleaning was inconsistent. On some days, it felt rushed (i found a small stain on a towel).

The location was super convenient for public transport access. The staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. I especially liked how clean my room was EVERY DAY! The black out blinds were awesome. I slept so well.
There wasn't a kettle in the room :(. that's a real shame

The shower was large. The room included two duvets. The room was close to the RAI center. The hotel design is BEAUTIFUL and modern.
The room lacked tea or coffee facilities. I found that odd. The room size was relatively small.

The location is strategic. It has four metro stops from Central Station, this is a 10 minute journey. The train from the airport takes 15 minutes. A large supermarket is nearby.

I stayed for several nights and found the experience wanting. The room lacked basic amenities. There was no kettle for making tea or coffee. It felt odd, especially considering what I paid. The absence of a minibar was also a letdown. Simple things make a big difference..

The location near the rai center proved very convenient. a supermarket is very close. I got groceries easily. the hotel provided a quiet setting, which i appreciated after long days.
i found the room to be very SMALL. someone from the cleaning staff attempted to enter while i had a 'do not disturb' sign displayed.

the breakfast offered a decent selection, even if not overly diverse. everything available tasted good and fresh. the breakfast sufficed for a good start to the day.

the hotel is close to two metro stations on different lines. a tram stop is also nearby, this made travel simple. getting to the center required only about fifteen minutes.

clean roomironing board
the room was clean. i found an iron and an ironing board left on one of the hangers. it was close to metro and tram stations so it was easy to access the city center.
the staff were not overly friendly. the general feeling is that they didn't want to do much for you unless you asked.
