The staff was friendly and quick to help. the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods. the restaurant provided a great dinner and breakfast. It was convenient. i used the on-site parking, and it was easy.
the air conditioning was not working. i asked at reception but they stated it was not summertime yet. this was frustrating because the room was very warm.

The hotel is convenient to historical battle sites. You need a car. there is also easy on-site parking available for all guests, so it is very useful. the building is historical, interesting.

the room includes a comfortable bed. there were large clean rooms available. the shower was spacious and functional, so i appreciated that, but the light was broken. there was water damage on sealing, and mold on the corners.

the air conditioning unit did not function properly, an issue. the front desk responded to my complaint saying it was not summer yet. i find this to be an unacceptable response, especially considering the cost of the room.
