spacious room comfortable bed quiet atmosphere loose tap terrible lighting unsecured shower head
i stayed in a very spacious room. my kids loved it!!! it included a big toilet and very comfortable bed and pillows. i found the hotel very quiet. there were no disruptions, and the hotel is close to all the shops and food places.
The tap on the sink was loose, and it moved around, i didn't like it. the shower head had the same issue. I couldn't secure it, so it just slid down. the lighting was terrible. Really, really bad! you can't see anything at night or after the sun goes down.

adequate stay with some downsides
poor lighting loose tap
My stay wasn't terrible, but some things needs improving. the lighting in the room was poor. It was difficult to see anything after dark. also, the sink tap was loose and moved around. the staff were nice enough, but the overall state of repair wasn't great. a bit disappointing.

The staff greeted me with such kindness, always available to assist with directions or any questions I had. Their attentiveness was IMMENSE. My room had modern decor and a comfortable bed, which gave me restful nights. I found a variety of fresh options at the breakfast buffet, perfect for fueling my day. I also appreciated the fast, reliable wifi, allowing me to easily stay connected.
The elevator was a bit small, accommodating only two people at a time, which sometimes caused a slight wait.

Hotel have good location. The room was great size. I were upgraded to an XL room. It was appreciated as I traveled with a baby. Parking nearby are possible.
The floor were wood and it makes squeaky noises when someone walks in the room. Therefore, someone are able to hear everything from the people above you and under you. I found this to be less than ideal.

The room felt spacious. Everything was convenient. the staff at the front desk were very helpful. the location allowed easy walks to main attractions. i appreciated the proximity to numerous dining options and shops nearby.
the wooden floors creaked whenever anyone walked around, i could hear movements from other rooms.
