convenient location rooftop pool helpful staff
location proved very convenient for getting around the city. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing space with great views. i found the cafe downstairs provided good coffee and food options. the staff was always helpful and quick.
the gym had limited equipment.

unbeatable location cute staff refreshing swim
The location is unbeatable, with easy access to key attractions. I found the staff super cute and always ready to assist with any query. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight. I enjoyed a refreshing swim with fantastic city views.
The lift system could be a bit confusing at first, but I quickly got used to it.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use. I noticed the rooftop pool area has many loungers available plus a shaded area for relaxation and comfort during sunny days.

Fantastic Stay!
modern hotel comfortable bed clean room great location
The room was clean and tidy, it had very efficient air conditioning. Room service was fast. The food tasted great! I loved the comfortable bed. I found the location on the edge of Chinatown excellent. Public transport was easily accessible and cheap!
The lift was located next to my room, I could hear some noise and luggage movement!

My room was modern. The air conditioning worked efficiently, and the bed felt very comfortable. The room included a capsule coffee machine, a large fridge, and an excellent television. I enjoyed the well-kept bathroom with a good shower!

underwhelming experience
broken air con unavailable bar
the location is central to many restaurants and attractions.
The air con was stuck on heat all night. staff didn't really seem to care. also, the bar closed on random dates and times. I did not expect this and it was not an available facility .

convenient location modern room rooftop pool friendly staff
the location was convenient near public transport and attractions. my room was modern and comfortable. i used the rooftop pool it looked just like the pictures. i found the staff helpful and friendly at all times.
the bathroom flooded slightly after each shower due to the open shower design which was inconvenient.

Breakfast had many options available. They tasted delicious.
The rooftop bar was reserved for a private function. I was told I could not sit in the pool area and order drinks. This felt unwelcoming, especially since I wanted to purchase something.
