Solid Stay at Central Location
ample space double vanity large window comfy chairs
My room had ample space with nice bathroom fixtures. I appreciated the double vanity. It made getting ready easy. The window was large. It allowed a lot of light. The chairs were comfy, and I relaxed easily.
The elevators required two steps to reach the ground floor with bags.

The hotel provides a quirky, unique atmosphere with interesting design. The rooms had ample space and very comfortable beds. I found the atmosphere very enjoyable.

The staff downstairs at street level are cute. They always had smiles entering. The reception team was friendly.

The hotel locates right in the middle of the business district. A tram stop exists nearby the hotel. The location is very convenient for getting around the city.

underwhelming stay, issues experienced
faulty shower persisting problem
the location suited our needs well, especially its proximity to the state theatre.
The shower had a significant defect. It sprayed water directly toward the ceiling as soon as water pressure increased. i reported this issue, yet the problem persisted the following morning. this is not acceptable given the nightly rate.

central location gorgeous decor friendly staff elevator noise soap stains unclean shower
the hotel is centrally located. the decor has a gorgeous style (i found it to be a perfect depiction of the 1920s). the staff were friendly and efficient.
the room was right behind the elevators. i could hear them running at all times. i noticed soap stains in the shower. the stains.

charming central stay
helpful staff unique decor convenient location
i found the location convenient for reaching shops and public transport. the staff was very helpful and quite friendly, a real plus. the room decor felt very unique. the lifts played music (quite funny, actually) making each trip back to the room nice.

decent location, some issues
faulty phone system invalid error
the location was quite good. it offered easy access to several attractions.
i encountered some problems . the app didn't process the order, forcing me to place it at the reception. i also had issues with the television and the room's phone system (it was down).
