breakfast selection nice courtyard quiet location insufficient a c poor wifi unaddressed issues
the breakfast selection was good. the green courtyard near the breakfast area was quite nice. the location felt quiet, which i appreciated after a long day.
the air conditioning did not adequately cool the bedroom. the wifi definitely needs an upgrade. these issues have been mentioned in reviews for years, yet no action has been taken.

the location was central , placing me within easy reach of key attractions. the included breakfast featured a lovely green courtyard , a peaceful start to each day. the spa facilities provided relaxation , highlighted by the very nice indoor swimming pool.
the gym had limited equipment , consisting of only a few machines.

helpful staff convenient location pretty garden
I found the staff very helpful. the location was convenient. breakfast had many lovely options. I especially liked the variety of items. i really appreciated the pretty garden.
i found the hotel a bit different from the pictures online, specifically the swimming pool policy for young children.

the room had a garden view and was very quiet. the decor had a lovely old-world charm that added to the overall ambiance. it was a cozy and restful space for my stay.

the hotel features a spa with steam rooms, a sauna and a range of pools. i was able to easily access the train station from the hotel. the common areas are well-organized, so i could easily relax.

excellent city stay
pretty garden breakfast variety basement spa easy access
the hotel had a pretty garden. the breakfast offered a great variety (especially the fresh fruit!). i really enjoyed the spa in the basement. its easy access from the train station made arrival simple.
the minibar prices felt a bit high compared to nearby shops.

the staff was very friendly and greeted every guest. they were helpful with directions and recommendations. the check-in process was efficient and straightforward (which i always appreciate).
