The it support in the meeting room was readily available. The location is near a metro station. It made accessing various parts of the city very easy.

the room was clean. the breakfast buffet had a good selection (i especially liked the pastries). the staff were friendly, and they stored my bags after checkout.

excellent variety fresh options direct access helpful staff

i found the breakfast to have excellent variety and fresh options. the tram stop located directly in front of the hotel made accessing transportation simple. the staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations. the room was comfortable and quiet.

the shower water pressure was less forceful than i prefered.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

noisy refrigerator careless finishes

The room's refrigerator was noisy , even at night , despite reporting it twice. Some of the finishes was carelessly done. Also , one of the three rooms had a clogged bathroom sink , and it was not addressed despite being reported.
