The staff welcomed me with open arms. check-in was quick and painless. my room was pristine, and it had everything i needed! the layout was great and comfortable. breakfast offered such a diverse array of tasty options. the team at breakfast catered to my every need.
the only tiny issue was that i initially struggled a bit with the shower temperature.

the location near the train station was undeniably convenient for arrival and departure.
i found it difficult to navigate the hotel because of multiple sets of stairs without ramps. this made getting to the breakfast room and my guest room quite challenging. i also noticed the server was not attentive.

the room was spacious and clean i liked that it was very central. moritz at the front desk was helpful he answered all my questions about places to see. the breakfast was amazing with many healthy choices
the room was small and cramped there was nowhere to sit. the shower over bath was very difficult to climb into i did not find a shower cap.

the hotel location was acceptable as it was across the street from the train station.
Sleep was impossible there. even with the heavy windows closed, i could hear music from bars below and people yelling. I also heard frequent police sirens. the shower was small making it difficult to open and shut the doors. the shower head hose leaked constantly making showering difficult.
