The room was very small I think. The pillows were really flat and horrible actually. The shower also had issues for me.

the staff provided great service when i needed medical assistance. they were super friendly and helpful. the hotel bar and the bartender were also friendly and good. i enjoyed the convenience. but the service was even better.
the showerhead came off the shower the first morning.

The staff were helpful. The young man at check-in suggested a great restaurant that served authentic food close by. my room was adequate. The reception had several snacks and drinks available at fair prices. the checkout time of 12 pm was very convenient. i found the staff pleasant and accommodating.

the staff were genuinely helpful and kind . the room was clean and well kept with ample space. breakfast provided a decent selection of cheeses that i enjoyed.
i found the noise level from the street quite noticeable even with the windows closed. it affected my sleep quality on a weekday night due to busy traffic and frequent honking.
