Excellent Stay!
free shuttle superb location free safe
The hotel provided a free shuttle service to Funchal. A visit there is really a must. The hotel has a superb location. I found it a short walk from the lovely little town. My room included a free safe and a kettle upon request from reception.

The hotel is right on the waterfront. Amazing ocean views are there. The charming town is a short stroll away from the hotel. The grounds are beautifully maintained and have lush gardens.

small selection repetitive breakfast
The food was the hotel's weakest point. The breakfast selection was small and repetitive, after a week it got tiresome. My daughter needed meals from outside the hotel because the kitchen lacked options for children.
