The staff demonstrated excellent customer service. They assisted me with my luggage upon arrival and departure. The breakfast was really great and appreciated free pack lunch the day we left early before breakfast.
The room was very basic and small. The window faced the path to other parts of the hotel. People could look inside while I was in bed, unpleasant. I booked 2 identical rooms, asking for them to be next to each other 8 months in advance, but they were on different floors.

The staff was friendly. They gave helpful advice. One morning I could not have breakfast, so they packed sandwiches and fruit for the trip. I was very happy with half board, and portions were generous.
The room was small. The bathroom was not very comfortable, and it lacked a cabinet for personal belongings.

i found the staff super nice and helpful. the location is also great, especially if you want to walk to the city center. on the way back, there is a bus stop right next to the guest house (very convenient).
the room was small and very basic. my window faced the path to other parts of the hotel. some people looked inside while i was in bed (this felt very unpleasant). the swimming pool area is also tiny.

the hotel has a very good location near the city center.
the room was smaller than it appears in the photo. there is no storage space in the bathroom, as well as in the room. our room was right above the kitchen, so early in the morning and late into the night i had to listen to the conversations of the staff and the noise from the pots and pans, it was impossible to sleep.
