fresh fruit city center
The shuttle service to town runs frequently. It makes accessing the city CENTER convenient. The breakfast buffet included many options, such as fresh fruit and pastries. I liked that the room had air conditioning AND a mini-fridge.
The parking situation was difficult due to limited space.

etna views and really good service
shuttle bus helpful staff
The hotel sat on a hill, and our room offered views of etna and the sea. the staff was always polite and helpful, ready to cooperate with anything we needed. a shuttle bus ran frequently, so visiting downtown was easy and took about five minutes. I liked that. the room was super clean and spacious..

The hotel is located on the side of a mountain. It provides views of the sea. the hotel is a bit away from the center, but has beautiful views. It also offers a shuttle to and from the center.

The staff was attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. the shuttle service facilitated experiencing the city fully. hotel staff are always gentle and helpful. I appreciate that

dated bathroom crowded buffet
the bathroom was quite dated. the shower head sprayed water everywhere. i asked for it to be fixed, but it never happened. also, the breakfast buffet was often crowded. getting a table and coffee took longer than i expected
