amazing locationreally good staffcool hotel
the location was amazing! the entire hotel staff were really good! all three properties that i had access to were so aesthetically cool! i especially appreciated the welcome drink.
the walls were thin, so i heard a lot more noise.

the reception area had comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying espresso at your leisure. there were complimentary hot drinks and biscuits available. this made waiting or relaxing in the lobby quite pleasant.

breakfast was available at another nearby hotel. it was conveniently located just a block away. the food was AMAZING!!! this arrangement worked out just fine and added variety to the experience.

the bedroom was fine. complimentary teas, coffees, and pastel de nata were provided. a welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. the kettle made boiling water easy.

the front desk staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. one staff person even took our luggage to the correct hotel when we went to the wrong one. andrew was wonderful at check in.
