the location suited my needs well near many restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful to me. i received an upgrade to a suite room and it was great.
the doors to the room were very thin, and i could hear rooms being cleaned. the shower had inconsistent warm and cold water. i saw a cockroach in my room.

The location was superb! it was so easy to walk to all the main attractions, which i really valued. the staff were genuinely helpful, giving me great recommendations for local eateries. i also enjoyed the welcome drink at their sister hotel, just across the street. It was a nice touch after a day of exploring. the complimentary sweets in the room were good. i really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
The bathroom was quite small. You couldn't fully open the shower door when the bathroom door was open, a minor inconvenience, but still worth noting.

the hotel is in the heart of the city! i was a few hundred meters from the tagus river bank. many food and shopping options were nearby. it was super convenient.

the location was amazing! the entire hotel staff were really good! all three properties that i had access to were so aesthetically cool! i especially appreciated the welcome drink.
the walls were thin, so i heard a lot more noise.

the reception area had comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying espresso at your leisure. there were complimentary hot drinks and biscuits available. this made waiting or relaxing in the lobby quite pleasant.
