great location friendly staff suite room thin doors inconsistent water cockroach encounter
the location suited my needs well near many restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful to me. i received an upgrade to a suite room and it was great.
the doors to the room were very thin, and i could hear rooms being cleaned. the shower had inconsistent warm and cold water. i saw a cockroach in my room.

the location were amazing to all shops. staff were friendly and the hotel were very clean. bed are comfy and everything were great.
my room were little small. there were only small window. no free breakfast was available in the hotel.

I appreciated the complimentary water and pasteis de nata. The tea and coffee machine was also very useful. The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions.

the location was excellent. it was easy to reach key attractions (i especially enjoyed the proximity to public transport). the room featured a coffee machine and a safe. i found this very convenient.

charming stay downtown
superb location helpful staff complimentary sweets
The location was superb! it was so easy to walk to all the main attractions, which i really valued. the staff were genuinely helpful, giving me great recommendations for local eateries. i also enjoyed the welcome drink at their sister hotel, just across the street. It was a nice touch after a day of exploring. the complimentary sweets in the room were good. i really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
The bathroom was quite small. You couldn't fully open the shower door when the bathroom door was open, a minor inconvenience, but still worth noting.

the hotel is in the heart of the city! i was a few hundred meters from the tagus river bank. many food and shopping options were nearby. it was super convenient.

the staff were very good too keep the complimentary coffee bar stocked. they had lovely portuguese red wine available. their attention to details is commendable.
