the location is fantastic, being near the train station was very convenient. i found it warm, clean, and cozy. the room had everything i needed. it was good a person was there to help us complete the electronic registration.
the check-in was electronic and not working properly. it was raining, and the small lobby was full of guests that could not get in. we all got wet with our luggage, since we could not enter the hotel.

great locationself check-incold room
the location was great and an easy walk to town.
self check-in became a real issue. the machine could not locate my reservation, and there was no one around to assist me (guess i'm on my own, haha). also, the room was quite cold when i arrived. it eventually warmed up, but it was not a great start.
