adequately located lodging
great location buggy rides weak wifi specific room
the location is great for visiting the castles. the horse and buggy rides depart just across the street (i found this very convenient).
the wifi signal was weak. i think it might have been specific to my room, so avoid room 20 (if possible).

friendly staff convenient parking fine view
the staff were friendly and provided convenient parking even with a full lot. the location is superb (everything is so close!), and my room had a fine view. i also found it easy to arrange castle tickets through the hotel. This saved me so much time.

the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the hotel restaurant offers views of the castle. the dining room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The hotel is very close to the castles. Horse carriages depart for the castle right outside. the hotel is only a one minute walk to the lake where you can get amazing views of the alps. it's a short drive to füssen.

mixed feelings about the hotel
outdated furniture poor view
the location was good with parking available
the room felt outdated the furniture showed wear and tear. i had a view of the back courtyard i could smell the smoking area. the television placement made it difficult to view from the bed

The location was acceptable as it was close to the attractions.
The room furniture looked very worn. My room overlooked the staff's smoking area, unpleasant. The price did not match the room quality.

friendly receptionist large balcony easy check-in poor wifi uncomfortable pillows limited channels
the check in was super easy and the receptionist was very helpful! the room was spacious, with a large balcony. breakfast was fine.
the wifi signal was very poor, it did not work in my room. not all tv channels worked. the pillows were not comfortable at all!
