I found the beds comfortable. I slept very well (which is rare for me!). the room was beautifully decorated, it also was clean. the staff members were friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their quick responses to my requests. there was a good selection at the breakfast buffet, something for everyone.
the sky tv in the room did not work, and the tv volume would not go below level 10, it was a minor issue.

I found the self-check-in kiosk very efficient. It saved me so much time upon arrival. The indoor pool was a true highlight. I enjoyed swimming there both afternoons . The breakfast selection impressed me, with a wide variety of hot and cold items.
The extractor fan outside my room was a little noisy at night.

The room had super clean warm interiors and a great bed, which I found conducive to restful sleep. There were good room facilities with coffee, hair dryer, and shampoo provided. A big TV was also included.

this was my first time at this hotel. the pool facilities included two pools, a steam room, a sauna and two jacuzzis. the changing rooms were large and super clean.. espa amenities were provided like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash. i also had a nice view of the golf course.
i couldn't figure out how to get room service via the app. i went to download it, but there were three options. i went to the bar, and they sent the food to my room.
