the king guest room included two separate sinks the shower was a rainfall type i found a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods in the room the temperature control worked efficiently. the hotel offered a gym it had three treadmills there were also two stationary bikes i could use. the hotel had a rooftop bar it provided views of the surrounding area the bar staff were quick when preparing drinks
the sink's hot tap produced only lukewarm water it was a minor inconvenience

the hotel location is central and very convenient.
i had issue with the tv throughout my stay, it buffered constantly and often froze entirely. getting it back online was a challenge. the customer service was poor, i found the staff to be unprofessional, with an apparent lack of concern for resolving the technical difficulties.

the hotel provided a warm cookie when i checked in. the staff was polite. the rooms were clean and they had shower gels. the hotel's location was excellent, allowing me to walk everywhere.
the breakfast was not as good as expected, considering what the hotel charged.

the location is great near the canal, it made getting around easy. i received warm cookies at check-in, a nice touch. my king guest room was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. parking was convenient, i found it very helpful.
the heating system didn't work consistently, it made it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature during the night.

The location was great. A short walk from the train station made it easy to get around
The room felt smaller than i expected, especially for the price i paid. the bathroom lacked counter space. There was barely enough room for my toiletries. also, the noise from the street below kept me awake for a good portion of the night, despite being on a higher floor.

the location was great, only a short walk into town. the reception staff were very friendly and cute, it was lovely to see service with a smile. i loved the free cookie, a fantastic little treat!
we were given an accessible room. we didn't ask for it and we didn't need it, the room was pretty small compared to the rooms we usually get there. there was only one chair in room.
