poor air conditioningconstant noise
I was initially impressed by the hotel's appearance. the rooms seemed spacious, but problems arose quickly. it made relaxing difficult, and getting a good night's sleep nearly impossible. the staff didn't seem to care much about the noise issues. It.

The apartment was quite spacious, a plus..
Check-in was a slow disaster. It took over half an hour, and I had to rewrite all my details again. Then, the food was a letdown. The onion rings were burnt to a crisp, and the chicken was drier than the Sahara.

i stayed in a suite, and the jacuzzi was a huge disappointment. apparently, you need to book for a minimum of three nights to get it activated. even when i offered to pay extra for one more night without staying, they refused. also, the breakfast was not great at all. there were kids sticking their hands everywhere, and the food was bland.
