the room was spacious. it had a super super king sized bed. there was a sofa bed as well. we had a lovely balcony with views of the pools.
one bottle of water was in the room when we arrived. no more water was provided for the whole week. when we asked for more water they said we have to buy plastic bottles. five star hotel not provide water each day is poor.

I was pretty annoyed with the minibar situation! it wasn't refilled daily. i had to call down each time i wanted something. also, the evening entertainment was a letdown. It felt pretty amateurish and didn't really create a fun atmosphere!

The hotel was super clean. the staff were responsive. breakfast offered many options. i enjoyed the sunbeds. Towels were available for use.
There was very little entertainment in the evening. It required a steep walk down to restaurants.

The breakfast choices were amazing! the staff were attentive and polite. the fresh orange juice machine was good. coffee was available fresh each morning. It was a delight.

The room included a large sea-facing balcony with sun beds. i enjoyed fine views from the first floor. there was a turn-down service each evening. prosecco was available upon arrival. Water was provided daily.

The maintenance lady named patricia helped us. Our case was jammed. grounds were clean with pretty flowers. shrubs and trees surrounded the building. the hotel seemed colonial with many empty spaces. I found it relaxing.

The hotel sits on a hill overlooking the ocean. sunsets were very nice in the evenings. a nice cool breeze was constant. it is slightly away from central areas. I enjoyed the calm.
