This hotel offers wonderful rooms. The layout of the superior twin room included extras like robes. We received a complimentary daily bottle of fresh water. The hotel food options were excellent too. Staff were always cheery and helpful and they looked after us well. Breakfast and dinner offered a good buffet selection. We could eat inside or outside on the terrace. I'm already looking forward to a return visit.
The bar did not open until 4.00pm. The main bar was located at the al fresco dining area, where there was sun all day, yet it remained closed. I think this is a detail that should be changed.

The location offered easy access to the beach and local attractions. the staff was always ready to help, showing genuine kindness. i especially loved the convenience of the courtesy room, great to fully savor our last day. two extra sets of towels were available. It allowed me freedom of choice.
the gym felt outdated, with old equipment and no mirrors. securing a yoga mat required arranging an appointment, inconvenient. it made it hard to get my workout started.

the room had a massive walk-in wardrobe with a free safe, spacious enough for tablets. a huge tv offered british channels, perfect for catching wimbledon highlights. bathrobes and slippers were provided, a lovely touch to enhance comfort.

the staff were very attentive to my needs i found the pool to be very clean and the hotel had a calming atmosphere it was a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle i appreciated the quietness.
the signage within the hotel was a bit confusing navigating between floors sometimes required extra attention. i found myself occasionally disoriented due to the layout.

the hotel location is good. the rooms are spacious and air conditioned with a mini fridge. i found the sunbeds around the pool to be readily available (never a struggle to find one). breakfast had a vast selection with both egg and pancake stations.
