charmed stay
delicious breakfast helpful staff great views
the breakfast offered many options and tasted delicious. the staff were kind and helpful. Our room provided views of the bay of naxos and mount etna.
the walk back UP from town was a little steep.

The hotel features beautiful gardens. the palm terrace provides sea views. It is located at the front of the hotel. The venue is pretty, I noticed its pink color, and its close proximity to the town centre.

central location helpful staff relaxing garden great views
The location is excellent, providing easy access to the main square. The staff at reception was helpful and friendly . The hotel's garden provides a tranquil area for relaxation. My room offered great views from the terrace.
The coffee machine in my room lacked coffee pods.

helpful staff excellent location narrow stairs slow wi-fi
marko assisted me with my bags! he gave me a welcome drink. they explained everything about the hotel and the surrounding area at check in. the hotel location is excellent and their gardens are beautiful. i used their airport transfer, it was good.
there was no elevator to the main street. i had to climb narrow stairs. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. i had to book it because my primary hotel didn't have a room that night. in the pictures, it was looking great.

excellent location attentive service
the location was excellent. it was close to restaurants and shops. the hotel features amazing views and consistently helpful staff, i found the service really attentive. the hotel also has a private courtyard.
The room lacked a bit of soundproofing. I could hear noises from nearby rooms
