a gem in the city
perfect location excellent cleanliness friendly staff
The location was perfect. it was a very short walk to the central plaza and many shops. I loved being so close. the cleanliness was excellent. Our room felt pristine. i found the staff members friendly. They were always willing to assist with a smile.
the elevators seemed a bit slow, though it never seriously impacted my plans.

The hotel offers luggage storage after checkout, a very helpful service. parking is available. It costs 23 euros per day. there is also complimentary wifi available throughout the entire hotel, which i found quite useful.

Freshly squeezed orange juice was offered at breakfast, a good touch. good coffee was always available, including nespresso options. the breakfast selection included a variety of choices. It was quite satisfying.

The staff allowed us to stay an extra hour after checkout without any additional cost. the reception area provides a cute feel. It is decorated well and features nice lighting. staff addressed all concerns very promptly, and i was happy.

dark room sink design
The location was acceptable, close TO the train station.
The room was disappointingly dark and depressing. I found it unacceptable that the hotel did NOT provide complimentary drinking water. The sink design in the bathroom was a nightmare, causing water to splash everywhere.

Charming Stay in the City Center
early check-in orange tree excellent breakfast
The early check-in was handled smoothly. The room was spacious and modern, it faced a street lined with orange trees, a good view. The hotel's proximity to Xativa station was handy when traveling from the airport, and I found it to be a short walk to the city center. Breakfast offered many options. The staff kept everything well-stocked, I found them helpful.
I noticed the lack of complimentary drinking water in the room. I feel it should be standard for a hotel of this class.

The hotel is very close to the main train station, this provides easy access. It also is near a big car park that guests can book in advance, very convenient. The setting is beautiful, and its convenience to shops and dining adds much value.

The staff were amazingly helpful, they provided recommendations for restaurants. The reception team accommodated an early check-in with great ease. I felt very special treatment from the team and their helpfulness.

The bedroom was cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided. The room was ideal, spacious, and equipped with everything required. The comfortable beds gave a good rest after a day of exploring. I slept very well!

old furniture missing water
The breakfast offered a good selection of breads and cakes. The staff was helpful .
The room I was assigned was quite old, with outdated furniture. The floor also showed its age, needing some repairs (I even noticed some makeshift fixes around the TV). There was no complimentary water provided in the room.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues
musty room weak wi-fi
The location was quite central, made getting around the city convenient.
The room smelled slightly musty upon arrival and seemed dated. I also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited, particularly the lack of fresh fruit options. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and frequently disconnected.
