rainfall showerample space

the hotel offered a modern room. it included a rainfall shower and separate sinks in the bathroom. i also appreciated the ample storage space in the room.

NO sound proof windows exist onto the internal courtyard. this meant i experienced too much noise. The windows did not prevent it.

I loved the super helpful staff. They provided special anniversary amenities. The location was fantastic, and finding nearby places for meals, especially breakfast, was easy. Bike hire is just opposite the hotel! The room included great shower facilities and a comfortable bed.

The hotel location proved convenient. It was near shops and dining. the staff were efficient and very friendly (i think this is really important). our room was nice and neat. we definitely enjoyed those little details.

during my stay, the hotel hallways had noticeable scent. the aroma was intense, and lingered, affecting my overall comfort. perhaps a milder fragrance would be better.

The location was centrally located. I appreciated easy access to many sites. Breakfast included various dishes. The room had great shower facilities. The bed was comfortable. Staff provided things for our anniversary. The lobby felt lively. Many places were easy to find for eating.

I found zero accountability when I left my belongings behind. Despite calling multiple times, no one has followed up or taken ownership of this issue. It feels disappointing.
