The parking was unclear. we needed a hotel with parking. it was available nearby. i asked how to leave early. the staff assured me the barrier would open. it did not. i had to pay again. it caused a delay and worry about missing my flight. I'm upset about paying twice

low shower pressuremalfunctioning toilet
the shower pressure was not adequate , and it fluctuated between hot and cold unexpectedly. the sink drain also had a blockage. i found this quite inconvenient. the toilet facilities malfunctioned on two separate occasions, which required prompt attention from the staff.

Really good City Center Stay

I found the hotel staff kind and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The little touches. I will definitely return! I appreciated the chocolates placed on my pillow each night.
I found the parking situation very unclear.

Breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant. It provides lots of choice from continental to cooked options. You can order freshly cooked-to-order items from the menu too, which I really appreciated!!! The restaurant on the sixth floor had a panoramic view of the city.

The hotel location is really good in the downtown center. Everything is on your doorstep or a leisurely stroll away. I found the hotel situated in the heart of the old town, close to a busy shopping street.

The staff were unfailingly pleasant. They had reliable suggestions for what to do and where to go. I found them going above and beyond to assist with everything, always attentive and considerate of my requests, really amazing.

The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. I booked a panoramic view room. It had two window seats that looked at the cathedral and Calle Larios. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and a rain shower.
