I found the location excellent, close to main attractions. the newly renovated rooms impressed me a lot. we stayed on the 11th floor and enjoyed great views. It was nice.

poor breakfastlimited daylight
the breakfast was nothing to write home about (i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber). also, my room had a view facing some ugly wall and hardly any daylight came in. they knew i was there for a special occasion, but they didn't bother offering an upgrade, even though the hotel looked half empty. pretty annoying, honestly.

the location was good, it was close to shops and the harbour.
the reception staff were not very professional, i thought their attitude was disrespectful. the room service menu lacked options, and i didn't even get any slippers . that's not good enough.
