reasonable accesshot airlate assistance
the location was acceptable, providing reasonable access to public transport.
The room's air conditioning malfunctioned. It blew hot air. i contacted reception, only to be told it was too late for assistance. there were no alternative rooms and no offer of a fan to alleviate the discomfort.

the room was spacious it had a comfortable bed i also found the public transport access convenient it was easy to reach the city center the bus stop was right outside the hotel i liked this a lot. the staff were helpful they provided useful information about transportation and sights i appreciated their assistance a lot.
the hotel is a bit far from many shops

The staff were very cute. They happily helped with everything. My stay was amazing thanks to everyone. The location had good bus connections.
The pillows were awful. They were very hard. The toilet paper was cheap. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The beds were also very hard.
