The staff were very polite and helpful when i asked questions. the hotel location is central. i could easily walk to many attractions, shops, restaurants, and metro stations. the rooftop bar was nice. It provided a great space to relax after a long day.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. The staff offered an upgrade to a balcony room with a view (it was a pleasant surprise). I found the breakfast to be great, with friendly staff. The rooftop terrace offered a relaxing space in the evening.

I found the decor amazing. The staff were trained and professional with a can-do attitude. The hotel's location proved perfect. Shopping and restaurants in the area were excellent. Food in the hotel was also of an excellent standard.
I tried to book a table at the rooftop bar but it was closed. No further information or alternative was provided to me.
