good staffloud acpoor blackout curtains
the staff was very good..
the ac was loud in my room. the blackout curtains did not close fully so i woke with daylight streaming into the bedroom at 07:35. i complained three times but nothing changed. parking proved quite a pain.

I appreciated the excellent breakfast choice. Plant milk availability for vegans was a definite plus. The reception staff showed professionalism and were always ready to assist. The hotel location allowed for easy access to many attractions.
The room lacked a toilet brush, which I think is an essential amenity. The bedsheets and towels remained unchanged during my three-night stay. Exterior sounds also penetrated the walls, disrupting sleep.

The location was great! it was in the city center! the super nice team and friendly. the room was also lovely and comfortable to come back to after a long day of exploring. the thoughtful touches. I loved the view from the balcony!
the ac in my room was really loud! it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly each night.

I was frustrated by the thin walls. Noise from the hallway was clearly audible (I could hear other guests talking). The bathroom door was a flimsy sliding door that did not seal properly. The shower grout looked dirty.
