helpful staff central location excellent beds poor lighting few places dark room
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel is in a central location. the beds and pillows were excellent, very confortable.
the lighting in my room was poor. there wasnt many places to hang clothes, or towels. the room felt a little dark.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate that. The minibar had complimentary drinks and snacks. It was restocked daily.
the lighting in the room was not good, it was quite dark. There was not enough space to put clothes, only a single width wardrobe and a set of shelves.

attentive staff pillow menu interesting history dark room limited space soft bed
the staff was very attentive. i liked the pillow menu a lot. i found the history of the building interesting and well presented. there were qr codes throughout the hotel with details on the history.
the room felt a bit dark. i thought the room lacked places to hang clothes and towels. the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

Really good Stay, Authentic Charm and Modern Luxury
stocked minibar convenient location unique breakfast really good service
The minibar was included and restocked daily. The location allowed for convenient exploration of the area. Breakfast provided a treat with a Spanish omelet served next to ancient rocks. I found the staff's attention to detail really good. They ensured a relaxed and pampered experience.
The lighting in the room was not ideal. There was little surface for support in the bathroom, specifically no chairs. The bathtub was quite slippery to take a shower, as there was risk of falling!

Breakfast offered many options, including local specialties. The breakfast service remembered our drink requests and promptly fulfilled them. The food was AMAZING!!! with fresh ingredients and careful preparation visible in every dish.

The staff offered a warm welcome with drinks upon arrival. They also provided a detailed map and overview of the area. Each staff member was attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any needs or questions I had.

tiny pool cheap amenities
I was quite frustrated with my stay. The outdoor pool is tiny, more like a decorative water feature. It wasn't heated during winter. The room was nothing special. The bathroom was a letdown with a small tub and cheap amenities. The fridge made a lot of noise all night. These issues.
