luxurious stay with really good amenities

I found the lobby inviting. it included an amazing display of orchids. the exterior terrace was perfect for lunch. I found the waiting staff very polite, and they catered to every need. the bar area was inviting, with excellent decorations.
i found few comfortable places to sit and relax throughout the hotel. all restaurant seats felt uncomfortable.

The hotel offers a spacious gym and a spa. Both appear impeccably maintained. i also noticed a beautiful patio area with palm trees, a detail that enhanced the overall atmosphere. a secure underground parking is available .

the hotel sits near the park. the location is excellent. i noticed taxis are readily available from this location. the taxis seem inexpensive for getting around the area. it was convenient.

The hotel staff were very friendly! They helped with our needs . The room was nice, big, and tastefully decorated, I appreciate that. The bed was huge, it allowed me to relax after a long day.
The tea and coffee making facilities were poor. There were not sufficient quantities provided in the room . I found the choice available to be unsatisfactory for the price of the room. The internet service was very slow as well.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i loved the variety and the fresh options they had. my superior king room had a whirlpool, a really nice addition after a long day. the staff was so friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk.
the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours. i sometimes had to wait a little longer than i would have liked.

the room was quite large with a very comfortable bed i liked the shower it had great water pressure. breakfast included a wide selection and everything tasted wonderful service during breakfast was also excellent. the gym had everything i needed for my workouts and i made good use of it
i noticed very slight wear and tear on the carpet in the hallways

the location was acceptable , providing easy access to nearby attractions.
i found the room to be disappointing , it lacked proper maintenance. the shower handle came off , a significant issue. the floor mat felt sticky , it really was not a good experience.
