the location was great with a nice view of the marina. the reception and lounge area were very pleasant. parking in the underground car park adjacent to the hotel was good. the beds were very comfortable, a delight after a long journey (i nearly didn't want to get up!).
upon arrival in our room, it smelled horrible. it was like sewage gasses. we told the desk, and they said it was because of the low tide, but that wasn't true. they brought some air freshener which did not work. we were offered no compensation whatsoever.

The hotel provided easy parking, which I appreciated. The breakfast was varied and plentiful too! The staff offered a great welcome despite my late arrival. They even provided a room upgrade!
The air conditioning system was not strong, it struggled to cool the room during the day

the hotel is centrally located near various eateries and shops. staff were helpful and cute upon arrival and throughout my stay. parking was easily arranged near the hotel. i found the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of items.
the air conditioning in the room did not cool the space adequately. this. a fan would have been a helpful addition to the room.

the breakfast included a selection of breads cheeses meats fruits nuts cereals and coffee. the bar area near the lobby offered a relaxed atmosphere for drinks. the service in the breakfast area was attentive and quick. i appreciated the variety available during breakfast.
