convenient location and helpful staff

the location is great it is central to restaurants and many sights. the hotel is very clean and the room size is good. having a convenience store downstairs is very convenient i liked it a lot.
the washing machine and dryers on the 9th floor were being used constantly especially at night. after 2 weeks of travel it was hard to get clothes washed. they need more machines it would have been nice to use hotel machines but i found a laundry close by.

the staff was cute and helpful they helped me with directions to local attractions. the staff also assisted me with storing my luggage after checkout. the service was prompt and courteous throughout my stay.

the hotel is within walking distance of shukkeien garden hiroshima castle and the peace park. this location allowed me to spend less on transportation. i could also easily access several restaurants nearby.

I found the location very convenient for sightseeing. I could easily walk to main attractions and gardens. The room was modern and clean. The staff was very kind (always with a smile).

the location proved convenient for accessing the trams.
The room was strangely small. maneuvering with luggage reminded me of navigating an obstacle course, quite the opposite of what i had hoped. the bathroom layout also struck me as odd. The sink's placement outside the actual bathroom seemed like a bizarre design choice.

the hotel had a great location near the main shopping area. it was also a walk away from the peace memorial park. i also liked that there was a convenience store on the ground floor for supplies.
the room was small and there was nowhere to put clothes. i had to leave them on the desk . the washing machines were constantly in use, especially at night.
