superb hotel experience
great location international channels pastry selection refreshing pool
i appreciated the location near the promenade it allowed easy access to local attractions the room included two twin beds and a television with international channels i found the breakfast buffet excellent there was a wide selection of pastries and fresh fruit the outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape with ample seating available around it. the staff helped me with local area orientation and suggested the best way to get around the town
the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours causing minor delays

staff responded quickly to requests i made an inquiry about local transport and received detailed directions immediately the hotel provided daily housekeeping services which kept the room clean throughout my stay

unstaffed parking dry pool
The experience had faults. The parking situation frustrated me. The car park lacked staffing when I departed. I did not get the discount the hotel mentioned. the swimming pool lacked water, this was disappointing. I feel the hotel should inform guests about this beforehand.

mixed feelings AT this hotel
dated room small sink
the room felt somewhat dated. the minibar was empty , a disappointing oversight. WORSE, the lack of shelving in the bathroom was a real inconvenience. the sink was oddly small.

The breakfast had a large selection OF food. Fresh orange juice was available, and the coffee was excellent. I appreciated this. Beds were large, and the rooms featured a nice view. The hotel's central location made it convenient.
The gym equipment seemed a little OVERUSED.

lovely layout amazing balcony
the pool area had a lovely layout. the location was fabulous with the bay visible from the balcony. we loved the view but the balcony was amazing!
the reception could be very busy. and sometimes the lift wait could be long.

great location evening relaxation well kept pool friendly staff
The hotel's location allowed quick access to local attractions. I appreciated the balcony space. The pool area was well maintained, with a bar for convenience. The swimming pool was recently refurbished. The hotel staff were friendly, always ready to assist with requests.
The elevators seemed a little small. I experienced some waiting during peak hours.
