the room had a modern tv and very comfortable beds. i also appreciated how quiet the area was, even though it was close to public transport and local shops. the breakfast and bar were nice, a good area to sit and relax (i enjoyed this a lot).
I found the strong perfume smell in the lobby and hallways rather uncomfortable. It was present every day.

the hotel is near two metro stations, each about a 10-minute walk. it is easy to reach various places (including the city center) with only a few stops. the area also includes restaurants and supermarkets.

the staff was friendly and professional, especially nico, iñaki, and josé. they were ready to help with any requests. the staff provided us with picnic packages for our early morning departure (it was a kind gesture).

the hotel offered easy parking under the building. i also noted iron for clothing and a powerful hairdryer were available in the room. the hotel keeps everything in good maintenance.

nice lightingeasy accessfriendly staff
I have found the location to be superb, with easy access to the metro. The room featured nice lighting, and it was clean. There were several good restaurant options located nearby. I found the staff to be friendly and ready to help with requests.

The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed. Rooms had soundproofing, so i didn't hear external noise. The bathroom included a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and fresh towels.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of food, but the quality can be improved. Breakfast included hot items, pastries, fruit, and a selection of juices and coffee. The restaurant also provides lunch and dinner options.

The reception staff was very patient and helpful, EVEN though i did not speak the local language fluently. Staff addressed my requests efficiently. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and well managed.
