poor soundproofingsmall breakfast area
I found a couple of things quite annoying. first, the soundproofing was not good. I could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms. second, the breakfast area was small, and it was often difficult to get a table. this made starting the day a bit stressful

i was quite disappointed with the noise levels. a loud beeping sound was constant in my room and it was quite disruptive. also, the staff wouldn't let us sit at the bar to celebrate a colleague's birthday, even though we only needed four glasses and chairs at 10 pm. this felt a bit inflexible.
