Laura was very helpful. She assisted me with an urgent delivery. The staff were cute. The location allows easy exploration of the area.
Breakfast had limited hot options. Seating was insufficient. I saw a queue of people waiting. The room was small. The window did not offer fresh air or any street view.

the location was really good, right in the heart of gran via. the staff was very helpful. the breakfast had a large variety and was very good!!!
the room was very small for the price. i could hear other people within the hotel quite clearly. the furnishing was very old.

The check-in process was efficient, and I appreciated the availability of luggage storage after checkout. My room had ample space and included a television with various channels. I found a good selection of items at the included breakfast. The staff allowed me to store luggage after I checked out for the day.
The walls seemed quite thin, as I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The hotel has excellent access to public transportation. Gran Via metro station is very close. Major shopping areas ARE nearby. There are many dining options within walking distance from the hotel.

The room included necessary bathroom amenities. Shower gel and shampoo were supplied. The furniture IN the room was in good condition with minimal wear, however, there were scratches on the walls. The bathroom size was adequate.

i really appreciated the central location close to many attractions. the included breakfast had a great variety of choices. the staff was also friendly and efficient especially with check in procedures.
the elevator was sometimes a bit slow and crowded during peak hours.

the hotel enjoys a superb location with easy access to public transportation including several metro lines and bus routes the surrounding area also provides a lot of shopping options and dining choices.

the room was clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and sufficient space for luggage storage the bathroom included necessary toiletries and a powerful shower providing a refreshing experience.

cigarette smokepoor soundproofing
The room was uncomfortably warm and i found opening the windows difficult as it faced an internal courtyard. there was little airflow and a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke drifted up from downstairs. i also experienced disruptive noise from other guests. Doors slammed loudly and conversations in adjacent rooms were easily audible.
